Synopsis
There’s never an off-season at Pigeon Forge Snow. As the first 35,000-square-foot indoor snow tubing facility in the U.S., visitors enjoy fresh snow daily and seven thrilling hills. Open 365 days per year, facility owners needed help bringing in new patrons all year long – not just during the busy seasons. We developed a new brand identity that brought to life the thrill and joy of the Pigeon Forge Snow experience, appealing to local patrons and families visiting the Pigeon Forge area. We brought this new identity indoors and designed a series of engaging video elements to play while tubers climb to the top of the hills. We then incorporated this new identity on a new website, marketing materials and advertising, developed a new messaging and imaging strategy for Facebook, and took over page management. As a result, organic reach and interactions have increased year-over-year.
